David has extensive experience acting as Armenian counsel to international companies and investors entering or expanding their operations in Armenia. He has played a leading role in significant domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and financing projects, including major investments and landmark transactions in the mining, energy and telecommunications sectors.
His practice also includes legal due diligence, dispute resolution, property rights and leases, securities law, privatization and concessions, banking and financial matters, and regulatory compliance. David regularly advises clients in their interactions with Armenian governmental authorities and regulatory bodies, particularly in connection with concessions, privatization and other regulated activities.
David has advised clients on a broad range of strategic investments and market-entry projects, as well as complex transactions involving the acquisition and restructuring of businesses and investments in regulated sectors.
